Our store is hosted by GoDaddy and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform STRIPE that allows us to sell our products to you. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not currently have a returns policy in place.
Refunds will only be looked at if upon reception the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You have 14 days to inspect your order and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary corrections.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service to send your items back to us as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. Any items which we do not receive are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: any items which appear to have been used or worn will not be exchanged/Refunded.
Please note; Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.
Custom charges
Any VAT charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Sophia Ammara Jewellery. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Our products use a range of metal alloys including Stainless Steel and stabilised Titanium. Products containing Stainless Steel or Titanium are waterproof, hypoallergenic and tarnish free. All other metal alloys must be treated using the following steps below. Most of our Pearl products contain synthetic pearls unless otherwise started as Freshwater pearls which are natural pearls and delicate. Follow the steps below to ensure protection of our pieces.
If care instructions are not adhered to, we cannot be responsible for any damage. Damage caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the owner.
We will replace any faulty items within 14 days of you receiving your order as long as we are notified. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information regarding how to apply for a refund
